The Vietnam Coast Guard (VCG) and the China Coast Guard (CCG) will be participating in an exchange program for young officers from August 22-24. The goal of this program is to strengthen and develop the good relations between the two forces. During the exchange program, the young officers will participate in various activities, including visits to the President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, courtesy calls to leaders of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army, and a tour of Hanoi (Photo: VNA).
