Binh Thuan prepares for inaugural international performing arts festival
At the opening ceremony, impressive performances will be presented by four art troupes from Mongolia, the Philippines, France, and Cuba, as well as three art troupes representing all three regions of Vietnam. A street parade on December 9 and 10 will showcase hundreds of artists wearing eye-catching costumes, leaving a lasting impression on both locals and visitors.
