K-pop Brings the House Down at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square

The “K-pop Songs I Love” singing contest, hosted by the Korea Creative Content Agency Vietnam Office (KOCCA Vietnam), concluded with a spectacular final show at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square in the vibrant city of Hanoi on September 23rd. Young music lovers throng Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square for the concert. Hong Jeong Yong, the Chief Representative of KOCCA Vietnam and head of the organizing committee, expressed his optimism for the program. KOCCA Vietnam aims to provide a platform for Vietnamese youth to showcase their passion for K-pop. Hanoians Delighted by Photo Exhibition Celebrating Vietnamese Heritage

The week-long exhibition of the winning photos of the Journey of Heritage commenced on September 22 at the Hanoi Exhibition House located at 93 Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Hoan Kiem District. The winning photo entitled “Khu Gia Gia Festival of Ha Nhi Minority” by Nguyen Vu Hau The Heritage Special Award was presented to photographer Ngo Quang Phuc for his photo collection titled “The Ndam Padhi Bani Festival in Ninh Thuan.” The first prize went to photographer Bang Cao for his photo collection titled “The Lifetime Treasure: Wild Beeswax.” Five joint prizes were awarded to the following works: “Whales Seeking Journey in the East African Sea” by Nguyen Ngoc Thien, “Seaweed Harvesting in Quang Ngai” by Alex Cao, “Pottery Trade of Binh Thuan” by Nguyen Quoc Huy, “Khu Gia Gia Festival of Ha Nhi Minority” by Nguyen Vu Hau, and “Wharf in Life of Central Highlands Peoples” by Duong Manh Khiem.
