The space has attracted plenty of local students who are currently studying a Vietnamese-French bilingual programme. Indeed, French is taught at 22 out of 276 primary, secondary, and high schools in Can Tho.

Kaloyan Kolevs, officer of OIF in the Asia-Pacific region, and Kieu Thuy Nga, director of the Can Tho City Library, talk at the event. Since becoming an OIF member in 1979, Vietnam has consistently strengthened its partnership with the Francophone community and has been an active member of the organisation in the Asia-Pacific region.

Vietnam aim for win in last group-stage game at AFF Cup
